Added a new "Resale Cliparts" area where customers can purchase and resell the graphics as it is.

Added a new Ginger Xmas 2009 set to this area. Ginger Xmas 2009 set includes cute gingerbread men putting up the star on a tree, holding a heart and candy-cane, dressed like santa holding stars, opening presents, and also includes a christmas tree with gifts.
